Laurie is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and is currently licensed in the State of Oregon. Laurie began her career in nursing in 2005 and became a family nurse practitioner in 2014. Her previous experience includes medical/surgical nursing, home health nursing, and wound care. She grew up in Grants Pass, Oregon and is married with two children and two dogs. She enjoys the outdoors through walking and camping.

Alyssa Cordel, DNP, FNP-C is one of our newest providers, relocating all the way from Kansas! She has a background in family practice and sexual assault nursing, and obtained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Clarkson College in Omaha, NE. Alyssa says she is “so excited to be in the Grants Pass area”, and is passionate about providing efficient and excellent care to the community. Alyssa treats patients of all ages, and is happy to help with all questions or concerns.
Lacy Scott Wyant, FNP-BC is a Nurse Practitioner Specialist in Family Medicine. She graduated Cum Laude with honors and a BS in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin in 1998. She also graduated in 2015 from Regis University in Denver, Colorado with a Master’s Degree in Nursing. Lacy is passionate about facilitating proper health care for her patients. She is adjunct faculty for an FNP program and precepts nurse practitioner students. She moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2016 and loves all it offers. Lacy is also married and owns two Fox Red Labradors named Ginger and Roxy. She enjoys hosting her friends and family in her free time.
Robert “Bobby” Anthony is a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner for ACMG | Douglas. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and is board certified as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP. Bobby and his wife moved to Grants Pass from Nashville, TN in March 2020. Since then, he has been working with post-acute/long-term care patients with a focus on the geriatric population (his greatest passion). Bobby's goal is to improve the health and quality of life for all his patients.
