Dr. Brian Mateja has been practicing medicine since 2005. He and his wife Erin have two sons, and, when not working, he enjoys skiing, gardening and cooking.

Dr. Elizabeth Hirni has been practicing inpatient medicine since 2003. She decided to make the change to outpatient medicine in 2026. She enjoys hiking, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her husband Steve and her son and daughter.

Rachel graduated from Penn State College of Medicine in 2020 and joined our team in 2021.
She has two sons and enjoys spending time with family, backpacking, camping, and occasionally reminiscing on her days in the 82nd Airborne Division.

Chelsey graduated from Graceland University in 2022 and joined our team in 2023. Prior to joining our practice, she was a cardiovascular nurse with Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. In her free time Chelsey enjoys baking, hiking and traveling.
